Introducing the new, revitalized John Clements First-Level Managers Program, a unique combination of Harvard ManageMentor, the premier on-demand learning and performance support resource for leadership and management skill development, and Harvard Brief Cases.
Work on competencies such as Meeting Management, Managing your Boss, Coaching, and Leading People.
Experience 12 weeks of case study-based learning, with topics that include Delegating, Performance Measurement, Coaching, and Team Management.
The course will be a combination of self-paced online learning, enriched with weekly, three-hour classroom discussions among participants, facilitated by accredited discussion leaders.
